♦Cutie Seattle Seahawks quarterback will be a free agent soon. No the Seahawks aren’t releasing him, he’s going to be single y’all. He filed for divorce from his wife of two years Aston Wilson. The were married January 2012, just three months before he as selected in the NFL Draft. The Seahawks released a statement on Wilson’s behalf (teams don’t usually release statements about a player’s personal life).
“I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce,” Wilson said. “Clearly, decisions like these don’t come easy. Ashton and I respectfully ask for prayers, understanding and privacy during this difficult time. Moving forward, I will have no further comment on this matter.”

Jon Favreau’s Jungle Book adaptation of the Rudyard Kipling classic will be voiced by Scarlett Johanson, Idris Elba and People Magazine 2014 Most Beautiful Woman Lupita Nyong’O. “Nyong’o will play Rakcha, a mother wolf who adopts a young human boy named Mowgli. Johansson, meanwhile, will provide the voice of Kaa, a python who hypnotizes and eats other animals. Kaa is the second villain of the film, following the ferocious tiger Shere Khan, voiced by Idris Elba.”
♦Earnings news!! General Motors (GM) posts lower first-quarter profit after recall costs. Reuters reports “Net income in the first quarter fell to $108 million, or 6 cents a share, from $873 million, or 58 cents a share, in the year-earlier period. The most recent quarter included recall costs of $1.3 billion, or 48 cents a share.”
