Chicago Tribune reports Johanson Little of the 4400 block of South State Street, has been ordered held in lieu of $750,000 bail today after being charged with failing to reveal to his girlfriend that he had HIV who later tested positive for the virus. He admitted that he knew of his HIV status at the time that he was having a sexual relationship with the victim but did not want to tell her,”
