Donald J. Trump’s core base of conservative supporters, draining anti-government hardliners and evangelicals helped him win the Nevada caucus by 45.9% Tuesday over Marco Rubio (23.85%), the Republican establishment’s favorite and Ted Cruz (21.3%).
