• The BRIT awards took place yesterday at London’s O2 Arena with an emotional Adele winning 4 awards including BRITs global success and female solo artist; Rihanna and Drake heated up the stage with a performance of their hit “Work.” Other winners included Coldplay, Justin Bieber, One Direction, Tame Impala and David Bowie was honored with the BRIT icon award with tribute from Gary Oldman, Lorde and Annie Lennox…
• The pilot for a reboot of Cruel Intentions begins production today and might be picked up by NBC; Sarah Michelle Gellar is reprising her role from the film for the television revival…
• In Kardashian family news, Khloe instagrammed a photoshopped selfie which followers called her out for, Kris thinks Kanye’s twitter rants might be bad for their brand but depending on the source, Kim is either sticking with him 110% or wants him to get therapy. A repo man might be coming after Kylie Jenner since they are looking for a 2013 G-Wagon her BF Tyga owns and may have re-gifted after first giving his baby mom’s Blac Chyna who is helping rob lose weight amongst other things, now you know.

The deal for Foxconn to buy Japanese electronics maker Sharp for a reported two-thirds stake in the company in the amount of $5.8 billion (650 billion yen) has been put on hold after Taiwan’s Foxconn become aware of previously undisclosed liabilities. Speaking of undisclosed liabilities, Sears Holdings Corp’s sales are sliding like Stevie Wonder’s edges; they posted a $580 million fourth-quarter net loss, compared with a $159 million net loss a year earlier…

1.) Milan Fashion week news: Prada is rolling out two bags during its show today that will be available for purchase immediately after it hits the runway. Gucci’s creative director Alesssandro Michele brough on graffiti artist GucciGhost to collaborate on bags that went down the runway yesterday 2) Giant prints of Scott Schuman’s, a.k.a. The Sartorialist, street-style photographs lined Via Montenapoleone. 3) Alexander McQueen brand has unveiled a fragrance house and its first scent, called McQueen Parfum launching exclusively at Harrods March 1 will be priced at around $385 and a lower-priced eau de parfum is set to launch separately this summer. This perfume was developed and distributed by P&G Prestige Beauty though the house had two fragrances which launched in 2003 and 2005 developed with YSL Beauté, and disappeared from shelves by 2008.
