Brexit. David Cameron has now stepped down as Prime Minister but will stay on for three months to calm the markets. So where do the Brits go from here? • As we approach the 10 year anniversary of The Devil Wears Prada, Meryl Streep revealed revealed the inspiration behind her character fashion editor Miranda Priestly, largely based on Anna Wintour. In an interview with Variety, she revealed the voice was from Clint Eastwood.

FASHION

• Miami’s The Webster will mark its entry to the West Coast with a new 4,000-square-foot store set to open in South Coast Plaza mall in Costa Mesa, Calif. Co-founded by Laure Heriard Dubreuil, who is also the CEO, the Webster currently has 2 other stores (Bal Harbour and Houston) in addition to its South Beach (Collins Ave.) flagship location.

• French designer Isabel Marant has reportedly started exclusive negotiations with French private equity company Montefiore Investment to give them a majority stake in her €300 million valued biz. The injection of Montetiore’s capital funding will allow the brand to accelerate development
