The latest rash of surge pricing has you swearing off uber for good? well maybe not so fast. In what sounds like it may be too good to be true but it isn’t so we pass on the information to you. Uber is offering you free rides to select Chicago restuarants and how convenient since this is the first full week of restaurant week. Word of caution, as with anything uber related demand will be high so manage your expectations wisely.

The fine print:
•Enter promo code FREELUNCH in the Uber app.
•Take one free ride up to $20 off per Uber account this week from 11am – 2pm.
•You must select either uberX, UberBLACK or UberSUV (this is not valid on uberTAXI).
•You must be traveling to or from the restaurants of the day (listed below).
