Urban Outfitters in Gold Coast is moving into a bigger space in the spring. WWD reports that the apparel retailer currently on Rush and Walton (935 North Rush Street) will move a few blocks north to the previous Hunt club space at 1100 North State. A 7,000-square-foot high-end restaurant scheduled to open later in 2015 and unaffiliated with Urban Outfitters will be located on the third floor of the building. [WWD]

President Barack Obama is expected to announce on Monday that Sally Yates, currently serving as U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, will be his nominee for deputy attorney general. If confirmed, Yates will replace outgoing Deputy Attorney General James Cole. [REUTERS]

Details from the brutal killings of 2 New York City police officers while on duty are still coming in. The killer, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, had an extensive history with the police, having been arrested 20 times and also suffered from mental problems. Russia President Vladimir Putin is looking to shore up the ruble without depleting foreign-exchange reserves and he may have 2 Chinese ministers to back him up. BYD Co Ltd, the Chinese electric car company in which Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Energy Holdings Co holds a 9.1% stake in, suffered a mysterious plunge in share value falling up to 47%.
