You might remember Mr. Shkreli as the drug company CEO who overnight jacked up the price of Daraprim from $13.50 to $750 and the guy who bought Wu Tang Clan’s one and done CD. Early Thursday morning, he didn’t need to hit snooze as federal agents descended on his home in manhattan. He is being charged with illegally taking stock from Retrophin Inc., a biotechnology firm he started in 2011, and using it to pay off debts from unrelated business dealings.
