Body parts (foot, head) that were found inside a recycling bin outside a house in the Seattle area on Saturday has been IDed as that of missing mother of three Ingrid Lyne, 40. Lyne went on a date to a Seattle Mariners game with one John Charlton, whom she met online, the night before and when she wasn’t home to receive her kids the next day, her ex-husband became worried. Charlton who has a criminal history of assault, battery, and possession of marijuana, was identified through phone records and has been arrested while the investigation continues.  Read more

• 60 Minutes’ Australian crew involved in a botched ‘child recovery operation’ in Beirut have been detained in Lebanon. Those arrested, including four members of the crew, are alleged to have been involved in an attempt by Australian Sally Faulkner to recover her two children, Lahela and Noah, from her former husband, Lebanese national Ali al Amin.

• Brazil’s lower house of Congress committee have voted, 38-27, to recommend the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff. A vote in the full lower house is expected to take place on Sunday. If two-thirds vote in favor, the impeachment will be sent to the Senate. If the impeachment proceedings go through the proper channels and pass, it will be the first impeachment of a Brazilian president since 1992.

• Ciara, future Mrs. Russell Wilson, took a petty stab at her estranged ex and son’s father, Future, during yesterday’s Billboard awards nomination. While announcing the top rap artists she said “Drake, Fetty Wap … Wiz Khalifa and Silento,” forcing co-announcer Ludacris to say her ex’s name #shade.

• Net-a-Porter will be the only online destination, outside of Tiffany’s own channels, to sell Tiffany & Co jewelry in an announcement made today. The exclusive Net-a-porter and Tiffany & Co. e-commerce collaboration begins April 27 with an edit of Tiffany’s iconic Tiffany T collection and run for a limited time.

 The International Woolmark Prize’s 2016 British Isles nominees of four womenswear and four menswear designers were announced today. Nominees Ashley Williams, Craig Green, join 69 other designers from 61 countries competing for the international prize.
