It seems that the judge presiding over the case, Judge Richard Berman, is leaning in favor of the NFLPA/Tom Brady and if the NFL & Tom Brady do not reach a settlement soon, he may have to make the final call which may look at Tom Brady having his suspension vacated. • Nine people were arrested protesting a shooting that happened early on Wednesday after a suspect was killed by police while they were executing a search warrant. 18-year-old Mansur Ball-Bey who was armed with a firearm with an extended magazine was shot after he pointed his gun at officers.
