The question was placed in a proxy statement filed by Citigroup on Wednesday for its annual meeting next month and one slated for the upcoming ballot for JPMorgan’s annual meeting.

• The annual CFDA Fashion Awards taking place June 6, will honor designer Donna Karan with the Founder’s Award; The Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award will be given to Norma Kamali. Imran Amed of The Business of Fashion will receive the Media Award and the International Award this year will go to Alessandro Michele, creative director of Gucci. The nominees for the 2016 CFDA awards were also announced and that included: Womenswear Designer of the Year, Menswear Designer of the Year, Accessory Designer of the Year and the Swarovski award.
• Linda Wells, the former founder of Condé Nast’s Allure, is moving over to Hearst where she will create a 12- to 16-page beauty report that will run inside September subscriber copies of Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire and Town & Country.
