Istanbul. 41 people are reported dead and about 239 injured after coordinated attack at Istanbul’s Ataturk airport yesterday. As footage from the carnage is being investigated, here’s what reports are stating so far. • Illinois budget woes continues. In 365 days, Gov Rauner has yet to pass a budget. Rauner met with legislative leaders yesterday ahead of today’s stopgap budget talk ths same week Crains Chicago published a scathing letter stating the state is worse off since Rauner, whom they endorsed, took office.
• Facebook does not use your location data to suggest people you may know, according to Facebook, though they did run test on a location-based People You May Know feature, but that test had ended. They’ve also introduced two new Chrome extensions — Save to Facebook and Share to Facebook.

• Jace Alexander, 52, who’s direstced shows like “Law & Order” “The Blacklist” and “Rescue Me” was sentenced to 10 years’ probation on child pornography charges and must register as a sex offender. Alexander plead guilty to promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing an obscene performance by a child. He had faced up to seven years in prison.

• British designer Matthew Williamson is collaborating with Chicago headquarted CB2 for a home goods capsule collection which he has dubbed it ‘Controlled Bohemia’ launching in October.
