Former longtime E! host Guiliana Rancic and Bill Rancic have planted their roots down in Chicago since son Duke was born and Guliana left E! full time to focus on her fashion business and still do red carpet corresponding. The couple are known fixtures in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago and now they are offloading one of their real estate properties for an asking price of $6.8 million. The Rancics bought the 8,098-square-foot home at 105 E Bellevue Place in 2013 for $2.125 million, talk about a flipping profit!
