Some of you may be heading down to Park City for the upcoming Sundance Film Festival (January 17-27). Whether you have your sights set on Harvey Weinstein picking up your next indie project or out there networking to recruit new talent, Sundace sure has something for everyone looking to land the next BIG project. Between hustling to meet, network and perhaps get your project picked, You need to look look sharp and ready because you never know who you will run into. Here are a few essentials to help you stay warm, look chic and still make THE scene in Park City.
Make sure you have a nice, warm winter coat that’s not dowdy. If your budget allows, invest in a Moncler or Canada Goose. You will be killing 2 birds with one stone (stylish and warmth). If you have a lower budget grab a Columbia. You will need a good moisturizer or body butter as well as lip moisturizer(Burts Bees body butter, Aerin lip conditioner, Rosebud Salve, Chapstick). For footwear, a pair of tall Timberland for women and Red Wings for guys. Buzz is already building for some projects screening at Sundance which means there will be a slew of branded/celeb parties, though the Chicago Party usually hosted by Brenda Sexton will not be happening this year. Though the evening parties may be a bit harder to get into, make friends with the PR and brand reps that will surely all around or make nice with your hotel concierge.

For those stuck in Chicago, not to worry On January 31st, the Sundance Film Festival will dispatch nine filmmakers from Park City to nine cities across the country to screen and discuss their direct-from-Festival films with audiences.
