Seasonal Tasting at Wonderland Express
Join us to celebrate not only the holidays, but also Repeal Day—the end of Prohibition. The Garden will do this Chicago-style as you participate in tastings of spirits, wine, and winter brews that are all local, while you enjoy the surrounding Wonderland Express exhibition with trains and more than 80 Chicago landmarks.
Guests check in at Burnstein Hall and receive a wristband, tasting glass, and tasting sheet. Light fare and drinks will be available for purchase. Come to drink in the best of the season.

Stimulus Social Club at City Winery Benefiting Streetwise
Stimulus Social Club’s December event is scheduled for Wednesday, December 5, at City Winery (event taking place in the “concert hall”). The charity this month is Streetwise whose mission is to assist Chicago area men and women who are facing homelessness achieve personal stability by providing a combination of supportive social services and immediate access to gainful employment.

#ToyotaGiving and Woman Made Gallery will be at One of A Kind Chicago
A holiday shopping show featuring the handmade creations of more than 600 artists, taking place December 6 – 9 at The Merchandise Mart in Chicago. Artisans from across the country will be offering unique, one-of-a-kind holiday gifts in an effort to encourage buying local during the holidays. Attendees are invited to participate in the #ToyotaGiving movement and support Woman Made Gallery by stopping by the Toyota Retreat, declaring how they are inspired to better themselves or their community, and posing for a photo on the spot. Other activities include a DIY craft station, complimentary screen-printed shirts and hair-braiding.
How to help:
1. Post to Twitter or Instagram how you are inspired to make a difference in the world or your community during the holidays, using the hashtag #ToyotaGiving.
2. For every tagged #ToyotaGiving tweet or Instagram photo, Toyota will donate $2 to Woman Made Gallery, up to $5,000.
VINTAGE GARAGE HOLIDAY TRUNK SHOW
