The scoop: The Women’s Board of the Adler Planetarium celebrated the kickoff for the 2015 Celestial Ball, ‘Over the Moon’ at Graff Chicago. Elisa Primavera-Bailey, President of the Women’s Board, Meg Sauer, Chair of the Celestial Ball and Eve Rogers, Director of Graff Chicago, hosted approximately 80 guests for an evening of cocktails guests admiring Graff’s Constellation Collections. The 2015 Celestial Ball, will take place on September 12, 2015.

The scoop: Tali Lennox, daughter of singer/songwriter Annie Lennox and film producer Uri Fruchtmann, debut “Layers of Life” her first solo presentation in New York.

The exhibit is inspired by the faces of the city; Lennox focused her work on capturing the human spirit in the form of portraits with oil paint as her medium. The exhibition will be on view until Sunday, April 19.
