Tsubo, the comfy yet chic footwear maker held their fall footwear launch party on October 17 at Heritage Littles. Invited attendees not only had the opportunity to check out their new line to brave the Chicago elements but 2 guests also won custom made  Heritage Bicycles.  They recently launched a capsule collection with fashion darling Timo Weiland.

Last night(10/22), Fashion designer John Varvatos was in Chicago to celebrate the release of his first book, “John Varvatos: Rock in Fashion.” Held at the Nordstrom Michigan Avenue store and had guests such as ZZ Top, Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick and legendary photogorapher Mick Rock. The Harper Collins published book is written by John Varvatos with Holly George-Warren and its an exploration of how evolving styles in rock have impacted fashion and pop culture over the past five decades, while revealing how rock & roll style and photography have deeply influenced Varvatos’ own fashion design sensibility.

10/12 Model and Chicagoan Veronica Zepada, was the belle of the scene as she celebrated a milestone birthday with close friends and family. The party which was attend by the likes of Lou & Monica Cannelis, Secy of State Jesse White was held at Chicago’s Institute of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture on October 12 was hosted by her beau Bob Loquercio. Entertainment was provided by LA’s DJ Turbulence and the band Sons of Marial and food by Chef Paul Kahan and team.
