Guests are invited to experience an evening showcasing traditional Japanese cuisine contextualized within the signature Chicago restaurant perched seven floors above the city below in the iconic Park Hyatt Chicago. The dinner will be held in the NoMI Kitchen private dining space overlooking Water Tower and Lake Michigan. Taste of NoMI: The Japanese Experience
Guided by NoMI Executive Chef Terence Zubieta and Breakthru’s Sake Expert Tona Palomino, the reception and 6-course tasting menu will span the breadth of Japanese cuisine alongside curated wine and sake pairings.
