Chicago’s newly opened Loews Hotel (455 N. Park Drive) in Streeterville hosted a splashy launch party for their massive outdoor space, Streeterville Social, touted as Chicago’s largest rooftop.

The event which offered a Chicago themed party that included a Wrigley Field marquee replica, accordion player, and Chicago dogs, was attended by Loews Hotels & Resorts Chairman Jonathan Tisch who was joined by Mayor Rahm Emanuel, CEO Kirk Kinsell, Chef Jose Garces, Loews Chicago General Manager Chris Hansen and an eclectic guest list that spanned the 9,000 square feet rooftop noshing and sipping.

The Streeterville Social rooftop located on the hotel’s third floor has two bar areas (Streeterville Social Bistro and Streeterville Social Terrace) where you can partake in Jenga, croquet and pétanque (bocce’s French cousin) on the grassy lawn.
