
Kinmont the new sustainable fish + seafood restaurant from the Element Collective team is not just about the food, they have a fascinating cocktail menu concepted by Jason Brown. We recently dropped in to chat with Brown, Kinmont’s head bartender on how he created the cocktail menu and what he wants the Kinmont. The cocktails are not deisgned to pair with the food on the menu but they are designed around the elements that come out of the kitchen and the lighter fare.
Gins, Aquavit are just some of the spirits they are incorporating into the cocktail program. The bars design and layout lends a chill non-pretentious atmosphere with really strong drinks.
The Alaska and The Barbary Falcon, both shown respectively below, are just some of the cocktail options.
