Chicago Bulls’ star guard, 2016 Olympic gold medalist and recent marketing darling, Jimmy “Buckets” Butler has been named the first ever brand ambassador of menswear e-commerce brand Bonobos and he will also star in their first-ever traditional advertising campaign. As brand ambassador, Butler will partner with Bonobos across social and consumer marketing initiatives throughout the year. Customers will be able to shop the two time NBA All-Star’s favorite, hand-picked Bonobos items online starting September 12th here.

Butler will be featured in Bonobos’ “Wear No Doubts” campaign, the first official partnership and advertising campaign for the e-commerce-born menswear retailer debuting September 12, to showcase their Fall 2016 collection
Earlier this year when Bonobos opened their second Chicago location, at the 900 Shops, Butler was on hand with Bonobos CEO Andy Dunn. We think we found how their relationship began. In early 2015, Bonobos founder Andy Dunn, tweeted this. Looking forward to see how this translates to sale and elevates the born online menswear brand now branching out to brick and mortar experience shops. Check out the ad campaign’s video here.
I am inspired by the life story of @JimmyButler. I would like to send him some @bonobos as thank you for inspiring me. Anyone know how?
