Ian Schrager’s first Chicago hotel venture PUBLIC finally opened to the public(ha!) yesterday. There was a swanky party held that night with some of Chicago’s finest. Zoe Saldana, Billy Zane, Chicago Bears Israel Idonije and BlackHawks players were in attendance
