• Amazon is coming for you. The e-commerce giant is building brick-and-mortar grocery stores and offering curbside pickup locations for customers. According to a WSJ report, the Seattle company aims to build small brick-and-mortar stores that would sell produce, milk, meats and other perishable items that customers can take home. The grocery stores, known internally as Project Como, are for now slated exclusively for customers of its Fresh subscription service.
• Wikileaks and elections. Maybe in some warped universe this election season is actually an upcoming film from Christopher Guest. Wikileaks did an email dump following the debate, which included hacked emails of Clinton campaign chair John Pedestal some of the juicier items include Blink 182’s Tom DeLonge’s interest in aliens & UFO. Trump, taking a break from battling with GOP party mates and Paul Ryan, also took punches at the Clinton campaign over the wikileaks. Some Republican donors are apparently requesting their monies back in Trump support withdrawal. Oh also the Trump supporter who tried to correlate his “locker room talk” to Beyonce’s lyrics.

• Ahead of his upcoming new movie ‘Kevin Hart: What Now?’ comedian and actor Kevin Hart has been making the press rounds. On Monday, the man who unseated Jerry Seinfeld as the highest paid comedian, received his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He will be on the cover of Runner’s World magazine 50th anniversary issue. He spoke about the failure of his first marriage to Chelsea Handler and appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night. ‘What Now’ opens in theaters Oct. 14.
• Gabrielle Union is suing BET for breach of contract. The Being Mary Janeactress’ lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles, seeking damages of at least $1 million, claims BET “agreed it would never produce more than 13 episodes per season, but now is trying to tape two 10-episode seasons back-to-back to “cram all of the episodes into a single season in order to fraudulently extend the term of Ms. Union’s contract.” Under her contract, Union is set to receive $150,000 per episode for season four and $165,000 per episode for season five.

• Peter Dundas is out at Roberto Cavalli! The fashion designer who designed Ciara’s wedding dress, Kim Kardashian’s Met Gala dress (not the couch cover one) and more, abruptly announced today. His final collection for Cavalli was shown during Milan Fashion week last month. Dundas was appointed the creative director role at Cavalli in March 2015. No successor has been named at this time. A new CEO was appointed in July, so it could be a cleaning house. #FashionMusicalchairs
