Thursday night (5/7) before she was presented with the 2015 School of The Art Institute of Chicago Legend of Fashion award, Gallery Aestethe(40 E. Oak St.) hosted the Chicago perfume launch for Diane Pernet, a Walk 2015 pre-party of sorts.
The fashion journalism legend of A Shaded View on Fashion, noted that she utilized four different noses until she found the one she loved to create the four To Be Honest, Wanted, Shaded, and In Pursuit of Magic.
The party literally felt like hanging with the cool kids that shopped the cool stores but got everything in structured black and only wore Rick Owens or some amazing underground designer. While sipping on champagne or cocktails, guests tested to find which of the scents they loved. Some of the guests in attendance included artist Nick Cave, Samm Mackin, Emma Arnold, Tommy Walton to name a few.
