Online restaurant reservation system Open Table, announced their 2013 Diner’s Choice Awards for Top 100 Dining Hot Spots in the U.S. Open Table’s “Top 100 Hot Spot Restaurant list highlights hip (new) restaurants, celebrity chefs and avant-garde restaurateurs” with Illinois accounting for 11 winners out of that 100.
