Friday evening before Chicago’s EXPO Art Week kicks off, guests gathered at the Chicago Artists Coalition (CAC) to celebrate the opening of the second edition of the ANNUAL, a sales exhibition where proceeds directly support the artists, CAC’s artist residencies and professional development workshops. This year’s exhibit titled Showroom is curated by Edra Soto, who’s is on the cover of New City’s Art 50 issue.

Some of the artists with works on display, which can also be purchased on Paddle 8, were on hand. Guests sipping Perrier and Fabio Viviani wines, were not only intrigued by the art pieces but also the furniture that double as art pieces also on display and for sale.
