There was a time when getting high, smoking weed, toking up, whatever you called it, was something taboo that was done behind closed doors. Hippies, college kids, over stressed parents, people with “glaucoma.” Lovers of the mean green sticky icky would get high but buy their smoking accessories at the neighborhood smokeshop or some other seedy type spot that reeked of incense. Now that marijuana has been legalized in several states (10) in the US and marijuana culture is being accepted widely, luxury retailer Barneys is getting in on the ride.

The luxury retailer has opened The High End, a custom space on the fifth floor of Barneys Beverly Hills. The High End (get it?) will be a luxury head shop offering luxury rolling papers, custom blown glass pieces, jewelry, vintage and designer ashtrays, and a robust offering of CBD-infused beauty products plus product exclusives such as Devambez rolling papers, Caleb Siemmon custom-blown glass pipes, Laboratorio Pesaro ashtrays and some Beboe exclusives.

Don’t think only Beverly Hills area residents will have all the fun, the luxury head shop’s online e-commerce will launch on March 29. In addition to The High End’s partnership with LA based Beboe, a brand offers a wide range of sophisticated cannabis products as well as growing expertise founded by celebrity tattoo artist Scott Campbell and fashion industry vet Clement Kwan, will also help customers with actual marijuana selling and delivery to their home.

What was once taboo is now being embraced as part of the wellness routine of a variety of lifestyles, and it’s led to a burgeoning new industry. Barneys has always strived to offer customers the most elevated version of the products and experiences they seek, and now this includes a wide selection of cannabis lifestyle products.
Below are some of the products being offered at The Barneys High End store.
