1800 Jalisco 75

1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino
¾ oz. simple syrup
¼ oz. lime juice
¼ oz. lemon juice
1 oz. sparkling wine

How to make: Combine 1800 Cristalino, simple syrup, lime juice, lemon juice except wine into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.

CÎROC White Grape

180ml CÎROC White Grape
350ml Pineapple juice
170ml Cranberry juice
3ml Lemon juice
Lime Wedge
Pineapple Triangle

How to make it: Add CÎROC White Grape, Pineapple juice, Cranberry juice, and Lemon juice into a pitcher filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and pineapple triangle.

JAJA Pineapple & Ginger

2 oz. JAJA Reposado
1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
Top with Ginger Ale

How to make it: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain the combo into a highball glass over fresh ice cubes and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

 

 

D’USSÉ Frosé

1 oz D’USSÉ VSOP Cognac
3 oz Rosé (or another French off-dry Rosé)
½ oz Simple Syrup
2 Fresh Strawberries
2 Cubes Fresh Watermelon
1 Cup Ice

How to make: Add all ingredients into a blender, blend until frothy. If needed, add water for a smoother texture. Pour into a stemless wine glass. Garnish with strawberry and lemon

¼ part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ part Noilly Prat Original Dry Vermouth
4 parts ginger ale
Lime, mint, and ginger to garnish
Instructions: Combine Bombay Sapphire, St-Germain, vermouth, and Ginger Ale. Stir to combine. Serve over cubed ice in a balloon or highball glass.

½ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. peach nectar
3 oz. ginger beer

How to make: Combine tequila, lemon juice and peach nectar in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake, shake, shake. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a peach slice.
