Let’s get in the mood for a little monkey business. Ha! not that kind of monkey business but rather the zoo kind of monkey business. On April 30, guests arrived at the Paul Stuart store on Oak street for the Women’s Board of Lincoln Park Zoo kickoff reception of the upcoming annual Zoo Ball gala. The gala will celebrate the anticipated arrival of Lincoln Park Zoo’s playful troop of Japanese macaques who will take up residence in their grand new exhibit in the autumn of 2014 hence the Zoo Ball 2014 theme of Monkey Business. Guests noshed on Del Frisco’s hors d’oeuvres,
real russian cocktails and checked out some potential suits to get for the event.
Zoo Ball, Lincoln Park Zoo’s largest annual fundraiser,will take place on Friday, July 11th on the grounds of the Zoo.
