Wednesday Nov. 6, Rick Bayless Hosted a Tequila Herradura pairing dinner at Frontera Grill. The 4 course meal that started with an apple-prosciutto salad paired with Herradura Reposado. Chef Bayless shared the story of how they acquire the tuna that goes into the Tropical Tuna Cocktail, where he is sent pictures of the fish as it is caught and then immediately shipped.
