This isn’t your mom’s fashion Fair anymore. Guests of all ages, shades and shape came to celebrate. Held at pump room at the Public Hotels(an SLC approved spot), the evening was nothing short of what the word awesome embodies. Myself along with Tarrah Cooper, Maya Camille Broussard, Cameka Smith, Roshanda Payne, Michelle Williams were part of the host committee. There were makeover stations setup where Tia Dantzler and her team transformed some of the ladies in attendance with Fashion Fair products.
Guests in attendance included: Mellody Hobson, Amy Tara Koch, Janeen Mays, Drew Sidora, Traci Daniels, Antoinette Arnold, Alexa Rice mingled with Nikia Jefferson, Coree Hamilton, Contessa Gibson, Suzanne Nolan, Gale Foster Farley, Barbara Bates, Amy Dubois Barnett, Michelle Williams.

It was the ultimate meeting of established and aspirational where someone like Candace Jordan, spotted with Chili Pepper, mingled amongst next generation such as Alex Rice, Cameka Smith, Brett Jeffries.
DJ Kiss’, who really needs to establish a Chicago residency, musical selections was on point. The best part of the evening was the pure positivity that was flowing. I have attended and covered many events and I will tell you this ranks high on the list. the JPC team pulled off a fabulous launch party.
