Ok so maybe that was a little bit too dramatic and you most definitely DO.NOT.EVER need to do anything like that (if you don’t care to) but if you’ve been intending to get something from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale, this might be the year to do it. Not to be confused with the Nordstrom Clearance Sale, OR the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale, the annual Anniversary sale is special because it’s usually up to 40% discount on items that will be dropping for fall so new releases/arrivals or items made specially for the Anniversary Sale. This will be, I believe the second Anniversary sale since the company went back to private ownership; not sure if that will have any bearings on what’s on offer or what brands come on board this year.

In years past, the way the Anniversary sale works is that Nordstrom credit card holders or big spenders get early access. Icons level get first dibs for a few days then Ambassadors, Influencers and then the public shops, usually for a little over two weeks.
