THE 2014 EVERGREEN INTERNATIONAL

The biennnial equestrian showcase returned to M.K. & J.B. Pritzker’s farm in Bristol, Wisconsin, raising $1.4 million for Northwestern Medicine Women’s Health Initiatives.

The event, presented by Northern Trust was hosted by M.K. Pritzker, the founding sponsor, in partnership with The Woman’s Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Some of the recognizable names in attendance included Northwestern CEO Dean Harrison, Bill & Joan Brodsky, Neal Zucker,Alexa Rice,Trisha Rooney Alden, Meredith Bluhm Wolf, Suzette & Allan Bulley, Mario & Traci Tricoci,Marko Iglendza, Dustin O’Regan, Ron Huberman.



Charenton Zelov Drake and Jennifer Dunne co-chaired the event that had more than 700 guests including Linda Yu, Jesus Salgueiro, Dan Uslan.

Woman’s Board of Rush University Model Party for IMAGINE

On Thursday, September 4, the Woman’s Board of Rush University Medical Center hosted a reception at the Racquet Club of Chicago for volunteer models walking in the upcoming IMAGINE fashion show. President of the Woman’s Board Catherine King and IMAGINE Fashion Show Chair Gloria Masterson treated guests to cocktails and conversation as a kick-off to the 88th annual fashion show taking place in October.

SISKEL FILM CENTER BLACK HARVEST FESTIVAL

The Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago hosted the opening night of its 20th Annual Black Harvest Film Festival. Chaz Ebert and (posthumously) Roger Ebert received the Deloris Jordan Award for Excellence in Community Leadership, which Mrs. Deloris Jordan herself presented.


The Deloris Jordan Award for Excellence in Community Leadership was established in 2002 by the Gene Siskel Film Center’s Black Harvest Community Council to recognize individuals who have generously contributed their time and resources to the Chicago community.


Past recipients include Samuel Akainyah, Merri Dee, Bonnie DeShong, Alisa and Donzell Starks, Cliff Kelley, Warner Saunders, Hermene Hartman, Common, Regina Taylor, Quintin and Diane Primo, and Theaster Gates.

Le Méridien Chicago – Oakbrook Center First Night Event

The brand new Le Méridien Chicago – Oakbrook Center Hotel hosted it’s First Night Event party on Tuesday, Sept. 9. The Paris-born hotel recently underwent a $25 Million transformation at the former historic Renaissance Hotel.

Hosted Steve Dolinsky to celebrate his birthday and to raise awareness of The 606, and its centerpiece The Bloomingdale Trail, which is set to open in June 2015.
