Sporstwear giant Nike announced it is launching a new membership feature in the Nike App called NikePlus Unlocks. Though many of people that use the Nike’s app use it either to score hard to get kicks (SNKRS) or for the workout tips/fitness lifestyle needs (Nike+ Run Club ), this new feature upgrades experiences and access to the best of Nike by delivering on your wants and needs (Does my need for the black Vapromax Virgil Abloh’s count?).
So what do you get with the new NikePlus Unlocks?
ACCESS TO NIKE EXPERTS ON DEMAND
This feature connects you with a real person who will give you personalized recommendations, including helping to track something down, gearing you up for a specific sport or styling you out. For example, if you’re about to take on your first marathon, you can message a Nike expert who’s run many and can handpick footwear and apparel tailored to your goals and budget. If you prefer an in-person conversation, you can book a session with an expert in select retail locations (Chicago included).
EXCLUSIVE SHOP
This gets you the opportunity to purchase premium members-only product, like hard to get prized collaborations, with options to personalize that product. In fact, it’s the only place where you can customize exclusive colorways of the new Nike ACG Mowabb iD and Nike Air Vapormax from top to bottom, or show love for your team in a big way by adding an oversized logo and personalized lace dubraes to the Nike Air Force 1 High NBA iD. It’s also the only place you can find the original colorway of the Nike Hyperadapt 1.0.

Nike will set aside coveted product for you before its public release date. Beyond single products or multiple products, the benefit also relays invitations to exclusive services such as members-only shopping events.
On top of all this, members in the Chicagoland area will have access to same-day courier delivery (for a fee ofc), priority checkout at select Nike Factory stores and extended member shopping hours beginning with New York stores. Nike will continue to roll out additional NikePlus Unlocks things in the future.
