AH.MAZE is all I can think of when I hear Stella Jean. She’s an upcoming designer who is not afraid to incorporate prints, more specifically african patterned prints. Stella Jean is an Haitian-Italian designer that’s been receiving many accolades from some of fashion’s best as of late. I first saw a Stella Jean piece in Chicago when a guest at SAIC WALK paired the printed skirt with a soft black tee. The pieces can go from work to party to brunch. It’s versatile and definitely one of a kind. Her Spring/Summer ’14 collection was a strong showing and can’t wait to see her and line grow.
