The J.Crew store at the 900 Shops sparkled and buzzed with a coterie of fashionably dressed ladies and gents Wednesday(Oct. 24) night as Monika Dixon and Melisaa Skoog Dunagan hosted a few of their friends(by a few I mean A LOT) for a shopping event. J.Crew along with VOGUE magazine hosted the debut of J.Crew’s Fall 2012 and Holiday collection with Tom Mora, J.Crew’s Head of Women’s design, on hand mingling with guests. A portion of proceeds from the evening benefited The Costume Council of the Chicago History Museum. Guests in attendance included: Ryan Beshel, Debi Lilly, Rochelle Trotter, Azeeza Khan, Whitney Lasky. Tom Mora, who took over the role after Marissa Webb’s departure last year, and his team have been churning out some great statement pieces.
Melissa Skoog Dunagan wore a shift dress with the J.Crew bubble necklace ,J.Crew’s super VSP Shellie Thompson in the Polka Dot sequin top and Monika Dixon in a Wool Crepe V Neck Dress and necklace.
