Afghanistan. Monday evening, President Trump in a teleprompter read speech to the country stated the US is not actually pulling out but committing to send more troops to the region though we are no longer “nation-building. The president also asked for help from South Asia allies including India and Pakistan, a country that’s noted for harboring terrorists. Is Justin Beiber’s manager Scooter Braun being groomed to run for public office? According to TMZ and some reports, a number of Democratic fundraisers and political operatives in the state have approached Braun. • Bodies believed to be of the 10 missing sailors from the USS John McCain which collided with an oil tanker near Singapore, are being found. The Royal Malaysian Navy has located one body at sea, and Navy and Marine Corps divers found remains in the sealed compartments aboard the ship. An operational pause was ordered as this was the second incident involving a US ship in 2 months.

 About 38 people are injured in Upper Darby near Philadelphia after a transit train rear-ended a parked train at a station overnight. None of the injuries appear to be life threatening and investigators are already on the scene trying to determine the cause.

A new design project  “The Ten” Abloh has reconstructed 10 Nike footwear icons with the 10 shoes divided into two themes: Revealing and Ghosting. Oklahoma City Thunder basketball player and fashion favorite Russell Westbrook’s upcoming bookRussell Westbrook: Style Divers, will be released Sept. 5 published by Rizzoli. Lastly in fashion news, Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin’s new wife Louise Linton got dragged on Instagram after she had a tag fest with the luxury designers she was sporting during a business trip to Kentucky with her husband.
