The Magna Carta, the document not the Lil Wayne album, celebrates its 800th anniversary today. The medieval political truce document signed on June 15, 1215 will be celebrated by Queen Elizabeth II, Prime Minister David Cameron at an official commemoration. [NY TIMES]

Jozef Wesolowski, a former Vatican papal ambassador to the Dominican Republic who was found guilty by a Church tribunal last year is the first person to be arrested inside the Vatican on paedophilia charges. He will be tried by a Vatican criminal court for child sex abuse and child pornography charges starting July 11. Meanwhile in Minnesota, Archbishop John Nienstedt and Auxiliary Bishop Lee Anthony Piche have resigned after the archdiocese was charged with having failed to protect children from a pedophile priest. BUSINESS

In a bid to grow its pharmacy business, CVS Health has agreed to pay Target $1.9 billion for its pharmacy and clinic business. The deal will include nearly 80 clinics and more than 1,660 pharmacies which will be rebrand as CVS/pharmacy and operate through a store-within-a-store. After a long stretch of weak traffic and sales, Target has refocused itself on profitable categories like apparel and home goods and bringing back a sense of uniqueness to its stores.
