In other Chicago news, a fake uber driver has been linked to 5 rape incidents. According to dna info, Musaab Afandi, 33, has been denied bail and he’s being charged in five Chicago area rape cases. In one incident, he picked up a victim in a taxi and kidnapped four others by pretending he was an Uber driver. He was previously arrested in Skokie in March and charged in two similar suburban rape cases. President Trump, presented his new tax plan in Indiana Wednesday and the proposal is being reported as the biggest shake-up of the U.S. tax system in three decades. Trump’s tax plan proposal offers to lower corporate income tax rates, cut taxes for small businesses and reduce the top income tax rate for individuals. some economists say Trump’s plan to slash the corporate tax rate may not provide the sustained job growth that he and Republican leaders want.

 Puerto Rico is still in a dire state of disaster crisis as we all look  for ways to help the devastated US Island territory.
