• In other Chicago news, a fake uber driver has been linked to 5 rape incidents. According to dna info, Musaab Afandi, 33, has been denied bail and he’s being charged in five Chicago area rape cases. In one incident, he picked up a victim in a taxi and kidnapped four others by pretending he was an Uber driver. He was previously arrested in Skokie in March and charged in two similar suburban rape cases.
