Remember the previous post on the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta being auctioned off for Hurricane Sandy relief efforts HERE? Well great news the first North American F12 with a list price of $315,888, was auctioned off for $1.125 million dollars, HOLY SMOKES! This was auctioned off at a cocktail reception over the weekend during the Austin Formula 1 Grand Prix which marked the return of Grand Prix to the United States. Brit Lewis Hamilton of the McLaren team won with second place going to German Sebastian Vettel of Redbull team. No word yet on who won the auction, once that information is available I will relay to you.
