With Easter just a few days away, many of us are trying to figure out how to make the best of the holiday this year amid all that is happening. No doubt that some traditions, for some will be a bit different this year, but that doesn’t mean it has to be all gloomy. If your Easter tradition means gathering with family and eating a whole feast, well you can skip the congregation part but not the whole feasting part because some Chicago restaurants are taking your Easter meal order whether for pickup or delivery.
This Easter, STK will be offering a limited edition Easter Basket that includes a delicious Surf & Turf dinner for two featuring 8-ounce premium filets and lobster tails, a bottle of Justin Cabernet or Landmark Chardonnay and a $50 Dinning Card for use during a future visit for only $129. The STK Easter Basket will be available for curbside, contactless pick-up or delivery while supplies last only on Sunday, April 12.
In addition to the Easter Basket, the complete STK Take Out Menu, which features a selection of signature appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts and steaks will also be available for ordering, as well as the all new STK@Home meal kit that includes everything needed to cook up a premium STK dinner at home. Acadia Easter Dinner Special
Two Michelin star’s Acadia is offering a delicious menu for Easter that you can order now for pick up on Friday, April 10 or Saturday, April 11. Menu items include: Queen Cut Prime Rib Au jus, Horseradish ($45). Chicago’s only three Michelin star restaurant Alinea is offering an Alinea Easter Brunch ($52.50 per person)
Prepaid pickup for parties of 2-8. If you’re lucky enough to snag a package, you’ll enjoy a starter of shrimp cocktail, mixed vegetable crudités with whipped ranch, and classic deviled eggs. For the main course, molasses glazed roasted ham served with 50-50 mashed potatoes and Spring asparagus with a lemon herb brown butter. Spiced carrot cake with a vanilla cream cheese frosting ends the feast. And if you can’t get the brunch, Alinea is also offering Coq au vin, with a side of 50-50 mashed potatoes, and salad dressed in mustard vinaigrette. The Lakeview area restaurant is offering a $35 Easter Sunday Meal for two! What do you get? A Bottle of champagne, Garlic Parker house rolls, Caesar salad, Whole beer can chicken, Roasted broccoli, Garlic mashed potatoes plus desert of mini pecan pie. You can’t beat it.
