In a full take-over of a 21-acre private estate in the Hamptons, Dom Pérignon will launch an immersive and ephemeral adventure with an exclusive bookable experience each evening from July 19-21, 2024. The event will unveil the highly anticipated latest vintages, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2 (P2), alongside culinary phenomenon Argentinian Chef Francis Mallmann, to explore the unexpected yet harmonious nature of the champagne. If you love the finer things in life, you will definitely enjoy this experience. Not only are you going to be one of the first few to savor these vintages, but you’ll do it in a spectacular waterfront mansion that sits on a private peninsula in one of the toniest parts of the Hamptons.

Upon arrival to the Dom Pérignon Vintages event, guests will first embark on the emblematic Dom Pérignon solo tasting journey amidst the tranquil soundscape & natural scenery. “The Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2 are paradoxes. With each sip, they extend an invitation into the very essence of tactility, where opposing forces harmonize, capturing the pinnacle of our craftsmanship and the spirit of their time” says Chaperon. After experiencing the singularity of the new vintages, Dom Pérignon & Mallmann will provide rare access to an unparalleled gastronomic experience. The Argentinian Chef known for his distinctive 7-Fire cooking technique, took inspiration from the dynamic Champagnes and realized a menu that mirrors their contrasting profiles. Each dish, presenting an invitation to the complexity and prestige inherent in a Dom Pérignon Vintage.

The gastronomic journey will commence with the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015, distinct in its unwavering presence and characterized by its assertive, structured, and provoking profile. As guests delve deeper into Chef’s meticulously crafted menu, the full tactile nature of Dom Pérignon is unveiled. Transitioning seamlessly to the Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2, the palate experiences a new world of viscosity, suppleness, and texture variations which enhance the sense of taste with each sip.
