Crustacean Beverly Hills Unveils New Anna May Bar

No visit to the Beverly Hills area when you’re in LA is complete without a trip to LACMA, shopping on Rodeo drive and Crustacean Beverly Hills. The award-winning restaurant from House of AN hospitality group, announced the unveiling of the new Anna May Bar (468 N Bedford Drive). The newest hotspot on the scene is inspired by legendary Asian-American actress and fashion icon Anna May Wong.

Anna May Wong was the first Asian-American woman to get a Walk of Fame Star, gaining global recognition in Hollywood and around the world. Her pioneering roles on the silver screen and bold fashion sense, led to increased positive representation and more multi-dimensional roles of the Asian community as a whole.
The Anna May Bar at Crustacean features a new menu composed of reimagined Crustacean classics; Modern Vietnamese fare with a European sensibility on small plates, exotically inventive libations, and seamless indoor-outdoor seating overlooking Bedford Drive. An’s Famous Garlic Noodles and Tuna Cigars will be available, along with brand new smaller bites like Salmon Sashimi, Crab Toast, Crab Legs and Steamed Vegan Dumplings.
For cocktails, the stand- out drink of the bar is of course, “The Anna May.” It consists of Dos Hombres Mezcal, Aperol, Beychaud Bitters and Champagne Yuzu Foam. Another new cocktail being introduced at the Anna May Bar is the “Midnight Caller,” made of Song Cai Vietnamese Gin, Sake, Butterfly Tea, and Lavender Bitters.
