Chicago rappers Vic Mensa and Chance the Rapper were spotted partying with Beyonce and Jay Z at NYC’s 40/40 Club Sunday.
Vic was set to perform Sunday at Governor’s Ball but the entire day was cancelled due to weather concerns. The Roc Nation artist and SaveMoney collective member, recently released his new single There’s A lot Going On, currently for free through July 4 to those who pledge to vote via Respect My Vote, a national non-partisan voter registration campaign.
