It’s Nikki Mangrum!
I picked Nikki Mangrum as best dressed because she rocked the heck out of that leopard print dress. If you look closely her clutch also has a leopard(or is it a cheetah) on it. Not a lot of people can do prints especially animal print but Nikki did it well, in my opinion, and looked fabulous! Thanks Nikki.
