That smiling face is none other than Anna Valencia who is featured for her work style in July’s ELLE Magazine and she just so happens to be one of Mayor Rahm Emanuel young and powerful assistants. You may remember Ms. Valencia from HERE but this time the feature revolves around her work style. She breaks down power dressing for different job related functions such as fundraising event, office meetings as well as her office staples.
