Where will you be Saturday June 15, 2013?! At the Ritz-Carlton Hotel for the annual Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago benefit of course. Last night(May 23) Co-chairs, Eda Davidman and Melissa Sage Fadim, of the upcoming benefit A Summer Soirée with Gwyneth Paltrow hosted a kick off reception at the über chic boutique Blake. The June 15 benefit will honor Academy Award®-winner Gwyneth Paltrow with its prestigious Renaissance Award. Amanda Cadanet, creator and host of Lifetime’s “The Conversation” will serve as host of the evening and conduct an intimate conversation discussing the award winning actress’ career and artistic process. SAIC President Dr. Walter Massey will present Ms. Paltrow with the Gene Siskel Film Center Renaissance Award.
