40 world-class Chefs Unite In New Book Unichef

Forty world class chefs collaborated, assembled by Hilary Gumbel, in creating a cookbook that benefits children for United Nation’s Children Fund. UNICEF: Top Chefs Unite in Support of the World’s Children by Hilary Gumbel, Kate Meyers, Scott Mowbray features chefs such as Donatella Arpaia, Ingrid Hoffman and Sandra lee are sharing some of their favorite international recipes for the whole family to enjoy.

Not only does the reader get a list of distinctive recipes, the chefs are also sharing how their love for food began and the journey of their life’s work. Food Network stars Wolfgang Puck, Emeril Lagasse, Sandra lee, Cat Cora, Jamie Oliver, Giada De Laurentiis, and Mario Batali are just some of the exceptional chefs included in this collection.

Gumbel, in her effort to support the world’s most vulnerable children, is donating 100 % of her earnings directly to The U.S. Fund For UNICEF.
