The 3rd Annual “A Midsummer Fashion Show” to benefit the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Memorial Hospital’s Center for Gender, Sexuality & HIV Prevention was recently held at the Waldorf Astoria. The fashion show fundraiser helped raise $5000 towards the cause. Guests began the evening with cocktails by Remy USA. Following the reception, FORD Chicago models took to the runway showcasing fall looks from retailers at the 900 Shops: Original Penguin, Diesel, Karen Millen, Intimacy Bra Fit Stylists, Cop. Copine, DNA2050, Charles David, Mezlan. The event had a veritable mix of Chicagoans on their host committee including:Corri McFadden, Jeremiah Green, Debi Lilly, Brad Gerber, Katie McLenaghan, Sonya Jackson, Gregory Fear, Amelia Canham Eaton, Emily Dolan.
The mission of the Center for Gender, Sexuality & HIV Prevention at Lurie Children’s Memorial is dedicated to the health and well-being of all children.
