Luxury minimalist clothing brand Vince hosted an intimate dinner in collaboration with cuisine magazine Gather Journal on Thursday (Dec. 15) to celebrate the release of the magazine’s Winter 2017 issue: The Seven Deadly Sins. The dinner was held at new West Loop hotspot Bad Hunter with a custom menu created by Chef Dan Snowden.
The Winter 2017 issue of Gather takes readers through the Seven Deadly Sins and highlights menus and recipes rooted in Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Wrath, and Envy. Chef Snowden took guests through a culinary journey of each of the seven deadly sins. Each course was inventive and fresh, complemented with exceptional wine and cocktail pairings. From the decadent Sloth course to the satisfying Greed- each meal perfectly defined each of the deadly sins.
